Born on May 17 1988, Karrueche Tran is an American actress, fashion stylist and a model from Los Angeles, CA. Her mother is a Vietnamese, Cindy Adamson and her father De Von Minters is a Jamaican. She attended Fairfax high school and graduated from Birmingham high school. She majored in graphic design from Pierce College.
She began her career as a personal shopper at the fashion industry. Between year 2009 and 2012 Tran worked at Nordstrom situated at Westfield Topanga mall which is located in Canoga Park, CA.Tran later worked as a free-lance stylist. She landed her first modelling job in 2013.That year she modeled as the face of Lady Crooks. Karrueche Tran also appeared in the summer 2015 look book based on a Korean brand Le Coq Sportif’.
Tran has featured on various cover magazines like; Annex magazine, Ouch magazine, Flaunt magazine, Cliché magazine, Bleu magazine, the hundreds and Rolling out. She also appears in the first volume of a photography book called Love West Coast Girls by Mike Miller a celebrity photographer. In The Bay The series Tran Co-stars as Vivian Johnson. She also features in the movie The Fright Nite files (2014) and also in the 3 Headed Shark Attack. In “Vanity” a web series on fashion sponsored by Maybelline which is a makeup brand, Tran performs as Vanessa. She held the BET awards red carpet during the BET weekend. She had also co-hosted BET show 106 & park.
Tran had been in a relationship with R&B artist Chris Brown. She dated Chris brown between 2010 and 2012.They broke up and reunited again in 2013 after Chris split with Rihanna .The relationship went sour and they broke up after she realized that he had a child with a former model Nia Guzman while they were still together. It is also rumored that the two had a baby. As of August 2015 the two are no longer together.
